Ambition Theory
As the name suggests, Ambition Theory had a lofty goal back in 2018 to challenge and shift the landscape of women in construction. The company provides leadership training and coaching services to large companies who want to take advantage of the many benefits related to having women in leadership roles. I am so proud of being a part of this brand and helping this company come to life because so much positive change is happening with women doing extraordinary things every day because of the Ambition Theory team!
Ambition Theory is all about putting more women in leadership roles through the many areas of the construction industry. They have lead the way in shifting the industry.
The project started as a brand identity project and grew to a website design, podcast artwork and social media templates for promoting and marketing their bold and mindset shifting messaging and leadership programs.
